Salon Policy
All treatments fees are non-refundable.
If you have any problems with your nails, please contact us within 3 days of the service for complimentary repairs. Repairs mast be made within 1 week of original service.
Appointments are guaranteed up to only 10 minuites after the appointment time.
We can not offer services to clients with skin infections and diseases and reserve the right to decline treatment at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other clients.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens.
But please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time for your particular needs. We kindly ask that if you must change or cancel an appointment, please notify us no less than 48-hours (2 businessdays) This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another client who is in need of our services.
Cancelled with less than 48 business hours will be subject to a sixty dollar ($60.00) cancellation fee for single treatment.
